About Packard Creative Services

   Packard Creative was started in 1989 by James A Packard under the name of Rufus Productions in Orlando, Florida where he was teaching at Rollins College, designing projects and working events in Florida and NY.

   Mr. Packard moved to Long Island NY in 1992 to accept a positron at Stony Brook University's Theater Department, in NY he renamed his company Packard Productions and continued for more than a decade consulting, designing, and providing support to a wide variety of projects in the live performing arts all over the northeast.

   In 2009 because of the wide variety directions of projects and events have taken Mr. Packard he changed the company's name to Packard Creative Services to reflect the company's growth.
